Story
When the founder, Shao Yung-Tien, was 30 years old, in order to take full responsibility for his own business, he chose to establish his own brand with sole proprietorship, and developed from a small company of three people to a group of nearly 500 colleagues. Always believing that "God rewards hard work", he worked tirelessly and follows the chance. His idea was if a person could believe in himself, in the team, in the way of heaven, and grew naturally, he would surely achieve a great career.
Mission
YUIMOM Group does everything it can, just for "honoring the place and creating happiness".
The group consists of hotel industry, catering industry, construction industry, art field, etc., all of which revolve around people's lives. We believe that Taiwan will have a purer business model, more diverse potentials, and more innovative inspirations because of YUIMOM. With these ideas in mind, we have the courage to face the unknown, go all out, and believe that we will work hard to make younger generations more confident to stay in their own land and without having to travel across the ocean to labor for other countries.

We continue to cultivate professional talents for the society. Whether to stay and develop or tend to diversify after achieving a certain scale, we never hold back, and give all to the younger generations.
The founder writes letters to the team every week, pouring out the essence of what he has known, seen, learned, and thought about in his life, and put down on paper through a pen, which not only affects his own employees, but also extends to the destined readers. This is out of the belief that "if everyone is fine, we will be fine".
We support young people, retain young people, and pass on our heritage with all our hearts. We hope that Taiwan will be better and the world will be better!
