Silks Club, a boutique hotel launched in 2017 under the collaboration of YUIMOM Group and FIH Group, has established overseas partnerships in the culinary sphere with Ukai-Tei and Dassai, creating an ultimate dining experience equal to a Japanese state banquet.

To celebrate its 21st anniversary in 2018, YUIMOM Group has joined forces with UKAI to open a new restaurant at Breeze Nan Shan building in Taipei.  Chairman SHAO and CEO Masanobu DAIKUHARA will sign a contract outlining their partnership working with Breeze Group at UKAI's headquarters in Tokyo.  The group made every effort to build Silks Club in Kaohsiung and Chairman SHAO's dedication to launching a luxury hotel on the island convinced the UKAI Group to open its first-ever overseas venture.  With shared values of attention to detail and the pursuit of perfection, CEO DAIKUHARA is looking forward to further strengthening their business relationship with YUIMOM Group.  The distinctive culinary spirit and hospitality will continue to shine through at the UKAI Taipei, a collaborative project involving YUIMOM, Breeze Nan Shan and UKAI.

Chairman SHAO also spoke about the story behind bringing Ukai to the country.  He first encountered UKAI cuisine during a special event at Regent Taipei and was impressed with its excellence of flavours, ingredients and culinary art.  It was then he decided to bring Ukai to Taiwan at any cost, so that people could have the same unforgettable culinary experience he had.  "We have made the first move in Kaohsiung. Next will be in Taipei. We are excited to see you at The Ukai Taipei in Q4 this year."
